PPIA Newcastle

PPIA (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia-Australia or Indonesian-Australian Student Society) is an Indonesian student organization of Newcastle University, Australia. The members are mostly Indonesian Student and community, but anybody including Australian who wants to make friends and know Indonesian culture are welcomed to join.

Our club promotes Indonesian socio-cultural heritage, and promotes friendship through many activities. Most activities are social functions such as welcoming for new student and farewell for just graduated student, BBQ, and Indonesian Independence celebration.

PPIA-NC is actively involved in many activities run by University such as Cultural Awakening, and United Games. We also hold many social functions such as gathering for new student, BBQ, seminars, sport-for-fun and Indonesian Independence celebration.

hahahaha, inilah saat yang paling tak terlupakan oleh kami penari Payung.......(Mbak Mila, Mbak Enny, Mbak Ovie, Ramli, Fredrik, and Margana) Saat kami menari payungnya ketinggalan di rumah mbak Mila. maka kita gelarilah tarian ini Invisible umbrella dance...hahahaha, kalau diingat-ingat jadi senyum sendiri...tapi itulah kita tak ada payung tanganpun jadi hahahahaha. Soalnya manager kami lagi sibuk saat itu "Mbak Putu" ada 3 order nari dihari yang sama dan beberapa penari lagi puasa...heboh...and it was amazing experience. Cheers, Ramli

Tampak keren sekali Mas Margana di sini. Bulok ini ternyata pintar nari juga. Tampak juga Fredrik, si ganteng dari Manado itu. Pak dosen dan Pak Dokter ini bisa nari juga toh. Kalau nari di Indo, pasti mahasiswa dan pasiennya terhibur and pasti sembuh deh tanpa resep.
